3、專利年費時限監(jiān)控及繳納；

      Annuities reminder and payment;

4、專利無效宣告或無效答辯，及其后續(xù)的復(fù)審請求、行政復(fù)議和訴訟；

     Patent invalidation, response and litigation;

5、專利PCT國際階段的申請和咨詢；

     Patent PCT application and consultation;

6、代理國外（包括香港、臺灣和澳門地區(qū)）的專利申請及其他專利事務(wù)；

     Representation of clients from abroad (including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) in patent application and other

      related cases;

7、其他應(yīng)委托人要求而進行的專利事務(wù)。
